Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Puchong, Selangor
Reporting to: Branch Manager

1. Greetings, welcoming and seating customers in courteous and friendly manner

2. Ensure proper voice tone, gesture, eye contact and body language in attending to customers

3. Responsible for sales & profitability of the restaurant by providing the highest level of hospitality, food quality, outlet cleanliness and people management strategic

4. Assist the Restaurant Branch Manager in training and recruitment process

5. Assist the Restaurant Branch Manager in inventory, ordering and administration process

6. Able to manage a team consist of 10-15 team members

7. Should be able to provide excellent customer service practices

8. Able to keep the whole Outlet under control and cleanliness is most important

9. Able to take charge and provide solutions to customer's queries and complaints.


1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

2. Required language (s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English

3. Preferably Non-Executive specialised in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent

4. Required Skill (s): Cleaning, Customer Service, Quality Control & Certification Courses, Cashiering, Staff and Inventory Management (All the training will be provided to staff regardless of experience)

5. Self Disciplined and self motivator

6. Willing to work on shifts basis, weekends and Public Holidays

7. Willing to stand & walk around for more than 8 hours per day
